The Patch MK is a family-run farm that has grown into one of the UK’s most popular pumpkin-picking experiences. Our goal is to create magical autumn memories for families while offering great value, outstanding customer service and a warm welcome to every visitor.
We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic and confident temporary event staff to join our team during Pumpkin Patch 2026. You’ll be working as part of a small, supportive family-run team at a fun, fast-paced event where no two days are the same. If you enjoy working with people, love being outdoors and want to help create memorable experiences for our visitors, we’d love to hear from you.
There are roles in hospitality, visitor experience, performance and retail, but whatever the role, your main job is to make our visitors happy!
The roles available are all customer-facing and are only suitable for people who genuinely enjoy interacting with the general public.
